Australian migration planning documents and passport

KMS Migration Advisory is a Sydney-based Australian migration practice established in 2017, providing advice and assistance to individuals, families and businesses across Australia and overseas.

The practice assists with partner and family visas, skilled migration, employer sponsorship, labour agreements and complex migration matters, including cases where the appropriate pathway is not immediately obvious.

Australian migration law is rarely just about identifying a visa subclass. Eligibility, timing, evidence, current visa status and longer-term objectives can all affect the strategy.

KMS takes a considered approach to identifying the available options, anticipating potential issues and preparing matters carefully from the outset.

Clear advice. Careful preparation. Personal service.

Experience behind the advice.

Rosemary White
Registered Migration Agent (MARN 1799251)

Rosemary has advised individuals, families and businesses on Australian migration matters since establishing the practice in 2017. Her experience includes partner and family migration, skilled pathways, employer sponsorship, labour agreements and complex matters.

Before moving into migration practice, Rosemary built a long career in international education and academia, including senior leadership and university teaching roles. Working with people from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds — and with the practical realities of studying, working and building a life in another country — has been a consistent thread throughout her career.

Her approach is strategic and pragmatic. Each matter is considered on its own circumstances, with careful attention to eligibility, evidence, timing, potential issues and the longer-term objective.
